RealVideoCreator Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern RealVideoCreator, VoiceLab where applicable, and related websites, software, AI-generation tools, project tools, protected downloads, subscriptions, purchases, and services provided by Real Labs Development ("Real Labs," "RealLabs," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing or using RealVideoCreator, beginning a paid checkout, starting a paid AI generation, or otherwise accepting these Terms, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the RealVideoCreator Privacy Policy.

Certain optional features may be subject to additional terms or consent notices. VoiceLab, for example, is also governed by the VoiceLab 18+ Consent, Biometric & Voice Data Notice, and Permitted Use.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws applicable to you.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use RealVideoCreator and legally capable of entering into these Terms under the law applicable to you.

If applicable law requires authorization from a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person for use of non-VoiceLab portions of RealVideoCreator, you may use those portions only where the required authorization has been validly obtained.

Where applicable law imposes age-related requirements concerning access to online services, consent to personal-information processing, or protection of children using online services, those requirements apply to the non-VoiceLab portions of RealVideoCreator to the extent required by law.

Nothing in this Section permits use of VoiceLab by a person under eighteen (18).

VoiceLab Eligibility

VoiceLab has a separate and stricter eligibility requirement.

VoiceLab is strictly limited to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old.

There is no parent, guardian, employer, customer, spouse, account-owner, or other exception to the VoiceLab 18+ requirement.

2. The Service

RealVideoCreator provides browser-based project tools, AI-assisted video, audio, narration, and voice-generation functionality, editing tools, exports, protected downloads, account features, billing functionality, and related services.

Features may include services provided directly by Real Labs and functionality that communicates with third-party AI, payment, authentication, hosting, storage, or infrastructure providers.

Features, supported models, AI providers, queues, generation capabilities, technical limits, storage limits, supported formats, and other functionality may change as the service evolves.

We will not materially reduce an already-paid core entitlement during its applicable paid period without providing any remedy required by applicable law.

Where applicable consumer law requires digital services to remain in conformity with the contract or requires necessary updates, remedies, continued functionality, or other protections, those mandatory rights continue to apply.

3. Consumer Rights and Mandatory Local Law

These Terms are intended for users in multiple countries.

Certain provisions of local law may apply regardless of the governing-law provision in these Terms.

If you use RealVideoCreator as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in your country or region are preserved.

This may include rights concerning:

• Pre-contract disclosures;
• Automatic renewal;
• Cancellation;
• Cooling-off or withdrawal periods;
• Refunds;
• Digital-service conformity;
• Statutory guarantees;
• Unfair contract terms;
• Pricing transparency;
• Subscription reminders;
• Service modifications;
• Dispute resolution; and
• Other non-waivable consumer protections.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right that legally applies to you, the mandatory consumer right controls to the extent of the conflict.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise or the activity resulted from a security failure for which Real Labs is legally responsible.

You may not:

• Share credentials in a manner that compromises account security;
• Sell or transfer your account without authorization;
• Circumvent authentication controls;
• Circumvent plan limits;
• Circumvent generation billing or usage controls;
• Circumvent storage or entitlement controls;
• Circumvent VoiceLab controls; or
• Circumvent other security or access restrictions.

Notify us promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions are currently processed through PayPal unless another payment method is expressly offered.

A subscription renews automatically at the interval disclosed during checkout unless you cancel before the applicable renewal.

Before you enter an automatically renewing subscription, checkout will disclose the material subscription terms applicable to the purchase, including as applicable:

• The subscription plan;
• Billing interval;
• Amount charged at activation;
• Renewal amount or method for determining it;
• Frequency of future charges;
• Promotional or discounted period;
• Length of the initial term;
• Automatic-renewal status;
• The AI generation billing model and any applicable per-generation price or purchase terms;
• How to cancel; and
• Any minimum commitment.

Where applicable law requires express affirmative consent to automatic renewal or continuous service, we will obtain that consent before charging you.

We will provide a confirmation of the transaction through email, your account, PayPal, or another durable or retainable format where required by applicable law.

5.1 Monthly Subscription Plans

Monthly subscriptions are charged upon activation and renew at the applicable monthly billing interval until canceled.

You may cancel before the next renewal to prevent the following recurring charge.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues through that period.

Partial-month refunds are not ordinarily provided unless:

• Required by applicable law;
• A valid statutory withdrawal or cancellation right applies;
• The service materially fails to conform to a mandatory consumer guarantee;
• We expressly agree otherwise; or
• Another provision of these Terms provides a refund.

5.2 Annual Subscription Plans

Annual subscriptions are charged for the applicable 12-month term and automatically renew for additional terms at the renewal price disclosed to you, unless canceled before renewal.

We will provide advance renewal notices where required by applicable law.

Where applicable law specifies the timing or contents of an annual-renewal notice, we will provide the notice in accordance with those requirements.

Annual fees are non-refundable except where:

• Applicable law requires a refund;
• A statutory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies;
• A mandatory digital-service or consumer remedy applies;
• We fail to provide the purchased service and a refund is legally required; or
• We expressly agree otherwise.

5.3 Founding Member Promotional Pricing

Founding Member promotional pricing applies to the first three (3) successful monthly billing cycles or the first annual subscription term, as displayed during checkout.

After the promotional period, the subscription automatically continues at the standard renewal price disclosed during checkout unless canceled.

Where applicable law requires advance notice before promotional or discounted pricing converts to regular pricing, we will provide the required notice.

A temporary checkout reservation may hold promotional capacity.

A permanent Founding Member spot number is assigned only after verified subscription activation.

5.4 AI Generation Billing

RealVideoCreator subscriptions do not include a monthly AI-generation allowance unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

When Real Labs managed AI generation is offered as a paid generation, the current price and material purchase terms are shown before the paid generation begins.

A paid generation is a separate usage purchase from the subscription fee unless checkout expressly states that it is included. The amount charged may vary by the generation option, provider cost, duration, model, or other disclosed production parameters.

If you choose a supported personal API-key workflow, charges imposed by that provider are billed by the provider under its own terms. RealVideoCreator plan-access, safety, and technical limits may still apply.

Historical AI usage or AI usage records, if any, may remain in account, billing, or audit systems solely for reconciliation, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or migration purposes. They do not create a current promise of a recurring monthly AI allowance.

5.5 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription through the available RealVideoCreator billing controls, PayPal subscription controls, or another cancellation method we make available.

Where applicable law requires online cancellation, a similarly accessible cancellation method, or another specific cancellation process, we will provide that method.

Cancellation should not require unnecessary steps.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid unless applicable law or these Terms provide otherwise.

5.6 Renewal and Promotional Reminders

We will provide renewal or promotional-expiration notices where required by applicable law.

This may include notices concerning:

• Annual renewals;
• Long-term subscription renewals;
• Promotional-price expiration;
• Trial conversion;
• Changes in recurring price; or
• Other material subscription changes.

The timing and content of notices may differ based on the law applicable to the transaction.

6. Plan Changes and Immediate Upgrades

An immediate subscription upgrade may require more than one payment authorization.

For example, PayPal may require:

1. Approval of a new recurring subscription plan; and
2. Approval of a displayed prorated charge covering the remaining portion of the current billing period.

Before completing an immediate upgrade, the confirmation screen will identify the material charges applicable to that transaction.

Higher-tier access is granted after successful payment verification.

If an upgrade materially changes recurring subscription pricing, renewal terms, or other legally required disclosures, we will provide the disclosures and obtain any consent required by applicable law.

7. Pay-Per-Generation and Other One-Time Purchases

Paid AI generations and other one-time purchases are charged only as disclosed at the applicable confirmation or checkout step.

Before a paid managed generation begins, RealVideoCreator displays the current price or pricing basis and requires the action needed to start that paid request.

One-time generation purchases do not create a recurring subscription charge unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.

If a paid generation fails before the applicable provider request or billable work begins, the service may avoid the charge or provide the remedy stated in the transaction flow. Refund, reversal, dispute, chargeback, and mandatory consumer rights remain subject to these Terms, the payment-provider rules, and applicable law.

8. Prices, Taxes, Currency, and Payment

Prices and billing currency are shown during checkout.

Where applicable law requires taxes, VAT, GST, sales tax, or other mandatory charges to be included in the displayed consumer price, checkout will display pricing in accordance with those requirements.

You are responsible for taxes or charges legally imposed on you that are not required to be collected directly by Real Labs.

Payment providers or financial institutions may impose currency-conversion fees, foreign-transaction fees, or other charges independently of Real Labs.

We are not responsible for fees imposed independently by your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or another payment provider.

9. Cooling-Off, Withdrawal, and Statutory Cancellation Rights

Some jurisdictions give consumers a legal period in which they may withdraw from an online or distance contract.

Any mandatory statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right applies regardless of a general no-refund provision elsewhere in these Terms.

9.1 European Union and European Economic Area Consumers

Where EU or applicable EEA consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal for a distance contract, you generally may have fourteen (14) days from conclusion of an eligible service contract to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions and rules.

If you expressly request that an eligible service begin during the withdrawal period, applicable law may permit a proportionate charge for services provided before withdrawal.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, applicable law may permit loss of the statutory withdrawal right after performance begins only where the legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Where required, checkout or another consent process will request the necessary consent or acknowledgement separately.

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content or digital services.

9.2 United Kingdom Consumers

UK consumers retain cancellation and consumer rights provided by applicable UK law, including applicable distance-contract rules.

Where the law requires express consent before digital content or services begin during a statutory cancellation period, we will request the applicable consent or acknowledgement.

Additional UK subscription-contract requirements will apply when and to the extent they become legally effective and apply to RealVideoCreator.

9.3 Brazil Consumers

Where Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Defense Code or other applicable Brazilian consumer law applies to an online RealVideoCreator transaction, an eligible consumer may exercise the applicable statutory right of withdrawal within the legally prescribed period, including the seven-day period applicable to qualifying distance contracts.

Where required, amounts subject to a valid statutory withdrawal will be refunded in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

9.4 Other Jurisdictions

Consumers in other jurisdictions may have additional statutory cancellation, cooling-off, refund, or withdrawal rights.

Real Labs will honor those rights where legally applicable.

10. Refunds, Payment Reversals, Chargebacks, and Disputes

If PayPal or another payment provider successfully captures a qualifying pay-per-generation or immediate-upgrade payment but RealVideoCreator's verification or activation process fails and the purchased service cannot be provided, we may automatically initiate a refund.

Payment-provider processing times apply.

Other refund requests are evaluated based on:

• The transaction;
• Service delivery;
• Usage;
• Technical failure;
• Applicable consumer law;
• Applicable withdrawal rights;
• Payment-provider rules; and
• These Terms.

Nothing in these Terms waives PayPal purchase-protection rights, statutory chargeback rights, consumer remedies, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

If a payment is validly refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, corresponding paid-generation access, subscription access, or entitlements may be adjusted or removed to the extent permitted by law.

If a refunded or reversed paid generation has already been delivered, we may restrict further paid usage while the payment issue is resolved, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction or termination.

A legitimate exercise of a statutory consumer right will not by itself be treated as prohibited payment abuse.

11. User Content

You retain ownership of content that you submit to RealVideoCreator, subject to rights belonging to third parties.

"User Content" may include prompts, scripts, images, video, audio, logos, music, project files, likenesses, uploaded media, and other materials you provide.

You grant Real Labs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transmit, process, convert, modify, and otherwise technically use User Content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide requested services;
• Perform AI-generation requests;
• Store projects;
• Create exports;
• Secure the service;
• Prevent abuse;
• Troubleshoot;
• Provide support; and
• Comply with applicable law.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Real Labs.

You represent that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and consents necessary for the User Content you submit and the use you request.

12. AI-Generated Output

RealVideoCreator may generate images, video, audio, narration, text, or other output using artificial intelligence.

AI-generated output may be:

• Inaccurate;
• Incomplete;
• Unexpected;
• Similar to output generated for another user;
• Factually incorrect;
• Technically imperfect; or
• Unsuitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing generated output before publishing, distributing, relying upon, or commercially exploiting it.

As between you and Real Labs, and to the extent Real Labs owns any transferable rights in output generated specifically for you, Real Labs grants or assigns those rights to you to the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to applicable third-party provider terms.

This does not mean that every AI-generated output qualifies for copyright, intellectual-property protection, exclusivity, or ownership under applicable law.

Real Labs does not guarantee that:

• AI output is unique;
• AI output is copyrightable;
• AI output does not resemble third-party content;
• A particular jurisdiction will recognize intellectual-property rights in AI output; or
• Commercial use will always be legally permissible.

You remain responsible for obtaining any clearance required for your intended use.

13. VoiceLab

VoiceLab is optional and is not required to use the rest of RealVideoCreator.

VoiceLab is strictly 18+ and strictly self-voice only.

You may use VoiceLab only with your own voice.

You may not submit, upload, record, enroll, clone, imitate, synthesize, process, or generate another person's voice through VoiceLab.

Another person's permission, consent, authorization, contract, employment relationship, family relationship, or other approval does not create an exception.

Third-party voice use is prohibited even where another person has voluntarily given permission.

VoiceLab is separately governed by the current:

VoiceLab 18+ Consent, Biometric & Voice Data Notice, and Permitted Use.

If any provision of these Terms could reasonably be interpreted as permitting another person's voice to be used in VoiceLab, the stricter VoiceLab self-voice-only rule controls.

14. Prohibited Use

You may not use RealVideoCreator to:

• Violate applicable law;
• Violate another person's rights;
• Commit or facilitate fraud;
• Create materially deceptive content for unlawful purposes;
• Distribute malware;
• Interfere with systems or networks;
• Circumvent safety or security controls;
• Circumvent account or billing controls;
• Circumvent generation billing, plan, or usage limits;
• Circumvent VoiceLab safeguards;
• Probe or overload the service without authorization;
• Scrape the service contrary to applicable law or technical restrictions;
• Reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• Resell accounts, paid-generation access, or service access without written authorization;
• Falsely imply endorsement by Real Labs;
• Use generated content as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, emergency, or safety advice without appropriate professional review;
• Engage in unlawful election interference;
• Engage in deceptive political impersonation;
• Engage in fraudulent political communications;
• Engage in unlawful or materially deceptive political manipulation;
• Circumvent authentication using synthetic voices or other generated content; or
• Use the service in a way that creates a material security risk to Real Labs or another person.

Lawful political speech, criticism, commentary, parody, satire, artistic expression, and advocacy are not prohibited merely because they involve political subject matter.

15. AI-Generated Content Transparency

Certain laws may require AI-generated or manipulated content to be marked, disclosed, labeled, or technically identifiable as artificial.

Real Labs may apply:

• Machine-readable markings;
• Metadata;
• Watermarks;
• Provenance information;
• Detectable technical signals; or
• Other AI-origin indicators

where required by applicable law or reasonably implemented for transparency or safety.

You may not intentionally remove, falsify, disable, or circumvent a legally required AI-origin marking for the purpose of misleading others about the artificial origin of content.

Depending on the content and jurisdiction, you may have your own legal obligation to disclose that content was generated or manipulated using artificial intelligence.

You are responsible for disclosures applicable to your publication, broadcast, advertising, political communication, endorsement, commercial use, or other deployment of generated content.

16. Third-Party Services and Personal API Keys

RealVideoCreator may integrate with third-party providers such as:

• PayPal;
• AI-model providers;
• Google authentication;
• Cloudflare;
• Hosting providers;
• Storage providers;
• Email providers; and
• Other technology or infrastructure services.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

If you connect a personal API key, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining authorization to use the key;
• Provider charges;
• Provider usage restrictions;
• Provider terms; and
• Activity initiated using that key.

Real Labs is not responsible for a third party's independent outage, policy, pricing, model behavior, security practice, or service decision except to the extent applicable law makes Real Labs legally responsible.

17. Service Availability, Maintenance, and Changes

RealVideoCreator may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance;
• Security events;
• Provider outages;
• Infrastructure failures;
• Capacity limitations;
• Legal requirements;
• Model-provider changes; or
• Other technical or operational circumstances.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability except where applicable law provides a mandatory standard.

We may modify features where reasonably necessary for:

• Security;
• Legal compliance;
• Product improvement;
• Technical compatibility;
• Provider changes;
• Abuse prevention; or
• Legitimate business reasons.

We will not use a unilateral change provision to deprive a consumer of mandatory rights.

If a material change substantially reduces an already-paid service during its paid term, we will provide any notice, cancellation right, price reduction, refund, continued access, or other remedy required by applicable law.

18. Intellectual Property

RealVideoCreator's software, interface, branding, logos, documentation, site content, underlying systems, and proprietary technology are owned by Real Labs or its licensors.

Except for the limited rights necessary to use the service, these Terms do not grant you ownership of RealVideoCreator technology.

Protected installers, licensed downloads, templates, or other separately licensed materials may be subject to additional license terms displayed at purchase or delivery.

You may not remove proprietary notices or misrepresent ownership of Real Labs intellectual property.

19. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using RealVideoCreator at any time.

You may cancel subscriptions as described in Section 5.

Real Labs may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• Nonpayment;
• Fraud;
• Payment abuse;
• Security risk;
• Unlawful activity;
• Third-party voice use;
• VoiceLab age violations;
• Circumvention of safeguards;
• Serious or repeated prohibited use;
• Material breach of these Terms; or
• A legal requirement.

Where reasonably practicable and legally appropriate, we will provide notice of suspension or termination.

Immediate restriction may occur where necessary to protect users, third parties, systems, evidence, or legal rights.

We will exercise contractual termination rights reasonably and consistently with mandatory consumer law.

Any treatment of unused paid entitlements following termination remains subject to applicable consumer law.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply, including provisions concerning:

• Payment obligations;
• Records;
• Intellectual property;
• User-content permissions already required to complete requested processing;
• Disclaimers;
• Liability;
• Disputes; and
• Legal compliance.

20. Statutory Guarantees and Digital-Service Remedies

Consumers may have statutory guarantees and remedies that cannot be excluded.

Depending on your jurisdiction, these may include rights where a digital service:

• Is not supplied;
• Does not operate as described;
• Is not reasonably fit for its ordinary purpose;
• Lacks required functionality;
• Does not meet legally required quality standards;
• Is materially defective;
• Is not kept in conformity during an applicable supply period; or
• Does not receive legally required updates.

Nothing in these Terms limits those rights where they apply.

For Australian consumers and qualifying small businesses, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

For EU and EEA consumers, mandatory rights applicable to digital content and digital services remain unaffected.

21. Disclaimers

The limitations in this Section apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For users who are not entitled to mandatory statutory warranties, RealVideoCreator is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by law, Real Labs disclaims implied warranties that may otherwise apply, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, statutory guarantee, conformity obligation, consumer remedy, or other right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

AI-generated content should not be assumed to be accurate merely because it appears realistic or authoritative.

You are responsible for human review appropriate to your intended use.

22. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, no limitation applies to liability to the extent it cannot legally be excluded or limited, including where applicable liability arising from:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• Intentional misconduct;
• Gross negligence where limitation is prohibited;
• Death or personal injury where limitation is prohibited;
• Mandatory consumer guarantees;
• Statutory privacy or data-protection rights where limitation is prohibited; or
• Any other liability that applicable law requires to remain unlimited.

For business users, and for consumer claims only to the extent such a limitation is legally enforceable, Real Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or lost business opportunity.

Where legally permitted, Real Labs' aggregate monetary liability arising from or relating to RealVideoCreator will not exceed the greater of:

1. The amount you paid Real Labs for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability; or
2. USD $100.

Where applicable consumer law requires a higher remedy or does not permit this limitation, the mandatory legal rule controls.

23. Export Controls, Sanctions, and International Trade

You may not use, export, re-export, transfer, or make RealVideoCreator available in violation of applicable export-control, trade-sanctions, or other international-trade laws.

You may not knowingly use the service on behalf of a person or entity where doing so is prohibited by applicable sanctions or trade restrictions.

Real Labs may restrict service in a country or territory where providing the service would violate applicable law or expose Real Labs to a legally prohibited transaction.

Nothing in this section requires Real Labs to restrict lawful access where doing so would itself violate applicable law.

24. Privacy and Personal Information

Real Labs' collection, use, storage, disclosure, retention, international transfer, and other processing of personal information is described in the RealVideoCreator Privacy Policy.

VoiceLab is additionally governed by the VoiceLab 18+ Consent, Biometric & Voice Data Notice, and Permitted Use.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights relating to:

• Access;
• Correction;
• Deletion or erasure;
• Restriction of processing;
• Objection to certain processing;
• Data portability;
• Withdrawal of consent;
• Biometric or sensitive personal information;
• Information regarding international transfers and applicable safeguards;
• Review or appeal of certain privacy decisions; and
• Complaints to an applicable data-protection, privacy, or supervisory authority.

The RealVideoCreator Privacy Policy provides additional information concerning applicable legal bases for processing, data-retention practices, international-transfer mechanisms, including adequacy decisions and contractual safeguards where applicable, methods for exercising privacy rights, and applicable privacy contacts.

Nothing in these Terms limits a privacy, data-protection, biometric, consumer, or supervisory-authority right that cannot lawfully be waived.

25. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory law applicable to you provides otherwise.

If you are a consumer, this governing-law clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections provided by the law of your habitual residence or another law that cannot contractually be displaced.

Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive access to a court, regulator, consumer-protection authority, supervisory authority, tribunal, alternative-dispute mechanism, or other forum that applicable law requires to remain available.

Before filing a claim, we encourage you to contact us at legal@realvideocreator.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally.

You are not required to complete informal dispute resolution before exercising a right where applicable law does not permit such a requirement.

26. Translations and Local-Language Versions

RealVideoCreator may provide these Terms in multiple languages.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure translations accurately reflect the English version.

Where applicable law requires a local-language version to control, that legally required version controls to the extent required by law.

Otherwise, in the event of a material inconsistency between translations, the English version will govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section overrides language requirements imposed by mandatory consumer law.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively for legitimate reasons, including:

• Changes to the service;
• Changes in law;
• Security requirements;
• New functionality;
• Changes to payment systems;
• Changes to third-party providers; or
• Clarification of existing provisions.

The updated Terms will display a new effective date and version number.

Where required by law, we will provide advance or additional notice of material changes.

If applicable law requires affirmative consent to a material contractual change, the change will not bind you merely because it was posted online.

A new paid checkout may require acceptance of the then-current Terms.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights or remedies already accrued under applicable law.

• Checkout;
• In-product notices; or
• Another legally permitted electronic method.

Where applicable law requires information to be provided in a durable medium or retainable format, we will provide it in a form meeting that requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining a current email address associated with your account.

29. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, VoiceLab terms where applicable, checkout disclosures, and other expressly incorporated terms, form the agreement governing your use of RealVideoCreator.

Severability

If a provision is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or disregarded only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your account or contractual rights where doing so would violate these Terms or compromise account security.

Real Labs may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, asset sale, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law and without reducing mandatory consumer rights.

Where applicable law requires notice or consent for an assignment, those requirements will be followed.

Another person's permission or consent never creates an exception.
