This policy explains how Real Labs Development ("RealLabs," "we," "us") handles personal information when you use RealVideoCreator, related websites, billing, support, AI generation, voice tools, and protected downloads.

RealVideoCreator is not a local-only service. Project records, uploaded media, generated outputs, and voice-related files may be stored on our servers so the authenticated workspace and workers can operate.

1. Information we collect

Account and profile information

We process identifiers and account details such as username, email address, profile information, authentication records, account status, and security settings.

Billing and transaction information

We receive and store transaction identifiers, subscription identifiers, plan or credit-pack details, amounts, currency, payer references, payment status, renewal and cancellation status, refund or reversal events, and timestamps. PayPal processes payment credentials. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Creator content and voice data

We process project state, prompts, scripts, uploaded images, video and audio, generated media, exports, voice samples, voice profiles, consent records, and technical metadata needed to provide the service. Voice cloning requires the rights and consent described in the Terms and the voice-enrollment flow.

Connected services and API credentials

When you connect a supported personal API key, the service stores it in encrypted form and uses it to make requests you initiate. Prompts, reference media, scripts, and related parameters may be sent to the selected AI provider. That provider's terms and privacy practices also apply.

Usage, device, support, and security information

We may process IP address, browser and device information, user agent, session and CSRF cookies, request and audit logs, download records, worker and error logs, support messages, and information you submit in contact or custom-service forms.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve RealVideoCreator.
  • Authenticate users and enforce plan, credit, seat, and storage limits.
  • Process subscriptions, purchases, refunds, reversals, and cancellations.
  • Run AI video and voice jobs and deliver generated outputs.
  • Provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and investigate incidents.
  • Maintain accounting, legal, consent, and transaction records.
  • Comply with law and enforce our agreements.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent, and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose information to:

  • PayPal for checkout, recurring payments, refunds, and dispute handling.
  • Hosting, storage, database, email, security, and infrastructure providers.
  • AI providers you select, including when using platform or personal API credentials.
  • Google authentication or Cloudflare security services when those features are used.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when legally required or in a business transaction.

At this policy's effective date, we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Storage, security, and retention

We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, private file delivery controls, audit records, and service isolation. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and transaction history, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal and accounting obligations, and protect the service. Project and voice content may remain until deleted through an available product control or a verified support request. Backups, security logs, billing records, and legal acceptance records may remain longer where reasonably necessary or legally required.

5. Cookies and similar storage

We use essential cookies and similar browser storage for login sessions, security, CSRF protection, and service preferences. We do not currently operate advertising cookies on RealVideoCreator.

6. Your choices and rights

You may update certain account information in the service and may ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information by contacting us. We may verify your identity and may retain information where required for transactions, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Rights vary by location.

You can cancel a PayPal subscription from the billing portal. You can remove a stored personal API key from your account settings.

7. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our providers operate. Applicable safeguards and legal requirements will be used where required.

8. Children

RealVideoCreator is not directed to children under 13. Paid services are intended for people who can form a binding contract in their jurisdiction. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization.

9. Policy changes

We may update this policy. We will post a new effective date and version and provide additional notice when required. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.
