Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the billing interval displayed during checkout until cancelled. Completing checkout authorizes the displayed payment provider to charge the amount shown at purchase and at each renewal.
Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Paid access ordinarily continues through the end of the period already purchased. Cancellation does not automatically create a partial-period refund.
Token purchases
Token purchases are one-time charges. Tokens have no cash value, may not be transferred or redeemed for money, and may be used only inside RealVideoCreator, subject to the Terms of Service.
Upgrades and plan changes
An immediate upgrade may include a prorated charge. The amount due immediately, the new recurring price, and the renewal date are displayed before confirmation.
Refund limitations
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription payments, renewals, token purchases, partially used periods, unused features, and unused time are final and non-refundable. Nothing in this disclosure removes a consumer right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.
