Subscription checkout displays the plan, commitment, amount charged, future billing terms, promotional transition, and cancellation terms before acceptance. Managed AI generation is billed separately per generation with the price shown before the paid request begins.
Month-to-month subscriptions
Month-to-month subscriptions renew automatically on the applicable billing date until canceled. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the following recurring charge. Access ordinarily continues through the current paid period. Partial-period refunds are provided where required by applicable law or where Real Labs expressly agrees.
12-payment annual contracts
When checkout identifies a 12-payment annual contract, the transaction is a fixed 12-payment commitment rather than an automatically renewing monthly subscription. The checkout identifies the amount due today, the remaining scheduled payments, the full contract total, and whether ordinary early cancellation is available.
Annual subscriptions paid upfront
Annual prepaid subscriptions are charged in full for the disclosed 12-month term and renew at the annual price shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal. Any mandatory renewal notice, cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right continues to apply.
Founding Member promotional pricing
Founding Member pricing applies only to the eligible contract or annual-prepaid option shown at checkout. The checkout states the promotional amount, any transition to the standard Founder or renewal amount, and the commitment structure before purchase. A permanent Founder spot is assigned only after verified activation.
AI generation billing
RealVideoCreator subscriptions do not include a monthly AI-generation allowance unless a checkout expressly states otherwise. Real Labs managed AI generation is billed per generation. The current price or pricing basis is shown before the paid generation begins.
If you choose a supported personal API-key workflow, the selected provider bills its own charges under its terms. RealVideoCreator plan access, safety, and technical limits may still apply.
Plan changes
Upgrade and downgrade flows disclose the amount due, effective date, new recurring price or contract terms, and the access change before confirmation. A plan change does not silently replace an active paid entitlement before the disclosed effective date.
Cancellation and refund limitations
Cancellation prevents future charges that are cancelable under the applicable billing arrangement; it does not automatically refund completed payments. Refunds, withdrawals, reversals, disputes, and chargebacks remain subject to applicable law, the Terms of Service, and payment-provider rules.
